<Job Responsibilities> - Responsible for quantity taking off from sketch, concept design, tender drawings and cross-check the tender quantities; - Work closely with design team, calculate Bill of Quantity, Cost Estimation of projects; - Prepare and submit tender documents; - Collect and formulate cost Database … and others related to professional job; - Contact Suppliers, Subcontractors to collect the cost proposal and make cost comparison sheet; - Study and make Value Engineering and Cost Down Report; - Ensure all information and documentations of the contractual and commercial work are achieved and stored systematically and properly that are accessible easily by all people; - Working at Office or Construction site as assigned.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Education: Graduated from Construction, Economics majors or relevant major; - Language: English - Conversational Level - Experience: At least 2 years of working experience as a QS Engineer. - Good at MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook…), AutoCAD; - Other Skills: Analytical/ problem solving/ decision making/ presentation/document control skills.
