Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
- Work on food safety standards BRC, FSSC22000 and HALAL, KOSHER
- Do inspection in the plant to ensure employees compliance with procedure/WI and standards have been issued
- Check and update documents to adapt BRC, FSSC 22000, HALAL standard and internal requirements.
- Organize internal audits based on BRC, FSSC 22000, HALAL standards
- Train new comers and annually training for all employees about the food safety standards based on BRC, FSSC 22000, HALAL, KOSHER standards
- Train for employees QA procedure and required SOP/WI
- Prepare documents for external audit (based on BRC, FSSC 20000, HALAL) and customer audit.
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve quality and food safety related issues
- Search and study the quality, food safety technical document and regulation in coffee industry
- Write procedures, SOP/WI on quality and food safety scope based on the BRC, FSSC 22000 standard
- Work in pest control field
- Make report and send to manager and relate dept.
- Other tasks have been assigned by managers.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education Background: Bachelor's Degree, major in Food Technology or related fields.
・Language: English - Business Level
・Experience:
- Having 1 year of experience as a Quality Assurance staff:
- Experience with BRC, FSSC 22000, HALAL, KOSHER standards
