<Job Responsibilities>
- Responsible for controlling and responding to customer complaints (internal-external).
- Supervise and monitor the implementation, effectiveness, and efficiency of countermeasures.
- Responsible for establishing quality control processes/ documents/ plans when deploying new products.
- Evaluate the quality of pre-production and official production stages.
- Prepare reports related to quality improvement and quality monitoring according to weekly/monthly plans.
- Propose kaizen method to improve work quality, reduce lead time.
- Other tasks as requested by superiors.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Age: 28 ~ 35
・Gender: Male
・Education: College Degree or higher with majors in Mechanical, Electrical-Electronics, Automation, or relevant fields.
・Language: English or Japanese - Business Level
・Experience:
- Working experience: at a manufacturing factory in the quality field (precision machining)
- Have knowledge of measurement related to mechanical component production.
- Proficient in quality systems, 7 QC tools.
- Organize work well, have plans and the ability to manage work progress.
