<Number of employees :500> <Report Line : R&D manager> <Team Member: 5-6 people> <Number of Subordinates: 0> <Products: Electronic motors and fans > <Clients: Manufacturing company industrial machine company> <Saturday Working: every other week> <Job Responsibilities> - Lead a team of 4-5 members to accomplish tasks to meet deadline on time. - Assign tasks to members - Deploy design PCB plan of fan/step motor following to mother company's request - Check specifications of motor and PCB - Execute related reports - Other tasks assigned by Japanese Section Head

ecessary Skill / Experience - Qualification: College Diploma in Mechatronics, Electrics - Electronics - Language Skill(s): Japanese N3 level OR English Fluent Level - Gender: Any - Age: over 26 - MOS Proficiency - Have at least 1- 3 year working experience as Designer Team Leader - Must have experience in designing motor, PCB - Using Microsoft Office proficiency - Good communication, Leadership.
