Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
- In charge over all of the worker recruitment process
- Worker recruitment interviews (several interviewers are from HR)
- Analysis of worker resignations and feedback on recruitment activities, and suggestions for improvement to the company
- Other related tasks as assigned.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Bachelor's degree or higher
・Gender: Any
・Age: Age 27 or older
・Language: English Intermediate level (internal use)
・Experience: More than 5 years of experience in recruiting workers and planning personnel at manufacturing company
- Experience, skills, and know-how in mass worker recruitment.
- Have a track record of analyzing worker resignations and proposing improvements to companies.
- Have network for recruiting workers
<Preferable Skill / Experience >
・Networks with local government agencies, etc.
・Experience and know-how in remote recruitment, etc.
・Proven track record of significant improvement in recruitment using SNS. (Not a normal level of SNS recruitment track record)
・Have special networks, know-how, and skills to secure workers.
