Job Description

• Hunting sales for new accounts (mostly freehand)
• Conduct sales planning for assigned territories and industries.
• Close follow-up with potential and existing customers to maintain, grow, and secure more business.
• In collaboration with the Sales Manager, responsible for leading the company’s efforts in sales, presentations, internal training, assessment services, and proposals related to the value proposition. 
• Approach and analyze the customer’s business and technology requirements and develop customized solutions to fit the need.
• Achieve sales targets set by management.
• Do coaching staff in the Sales team in terms of Sales matters
• Work closely with other departments within the company to settle claims and propose solutions 
• Comply with the company’s policy on business ethics.
• Complete the Company’s sales reporting requirements (to the Manager or higher level) in a timely manner.
• Convert sales leads into customers 
• Other jobs as required by line manager/BOD

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience>
• Education: Bachelor's degree
• Age: 30 - 40
• Gender: Any
• Language: English business level (good writing  & speaking)
• Experience: 
- At least 3 years experience as a Sales Leader/Sales Assistant Manager and at least 5 years of working experience in Sales Freight Forwarding, Logistics, Local Delivery… 
• Other:
- Have management skill   
- Experience with local, MNC customers
- Proven track record of sales achievements 
- Good at Microsoft Office

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Having Experience in Japanese companies
・Certificate of formal sales training programs

・Extroverted, can-do spirit, customer-centric, good interpersonal skills 
・Soft skills in networking/persuasion/presentation/negotiation
