Job Description
<Position Objective/Expectation >
- As a member of the new factory launch team, you will be primarily responsible for the following tasks:
1) Communicate with existing customers and negotiate and coordinate as an engineer who can provide technical advice.
2) Analyze and resolve technical issues that arise during the launch phase of a new factory.
*If the candidate can handle business management, you will be assigned to Strategy Planning or Operation Planning.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Bachelor's degree
・Gender: Any
・Age: 38-50
・Language: English Business Level (Their main clients are US manufacturers. Should be able to communicate in English with native speakers.)
・Experience:
- Around 10 years of experience working in manufacturing companies in semiconductors, electronic components, electronics industry, etc.
- Experience in communication work such as negotiation and coordination with clients in positions such as technical sales
- Experience in setting up a new factory from the perspective of technical, etc.
- Communication skills to think and explain logically
<Preferable skill>
・Experience:
Doing business with European or U.S. manufacturers as clients.
Experience working for a Japanese manufacturer
