<Job Responsibilities>
・Search and exploiting potential customers.
・Coordinate with the team to achieve sales targets.
・Perform transactions and support customers to track payment progress, sign deposit contracts, and SPA.
・Manage assigned customer data, introduce, guide, and advise customers on information related to products and projects that the company distributes.
・Providing ideas during meetings between the Product Marketing Team and the Architecture/Construction Team.
・In charge of Sales Agencies.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education Background: College degree or higher
・Language: English - Intermediate Level
・Experience: At least 3 years of experience in selling Luxury Townhouse projects and High-rise condominiums
・Basic Microsoft Office skills.
・Selling skill, Customer service skills, Communication skills.
・Deep understanding of Customer needs in Real Estate and had strong data/ connections in selling Real Estate products.
