<Job Responsibilities>
- Maintain strong relationships with our current customers and develop new customers.
- Manage the day-to-day communications with customers and keep senior management updated on any issues, opportunities and competitive intelligence.
- Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy that aligns with the Company's desire to substantially increase profitable sales of all products particularly frozen clams to the food service, retail and other available distribution segments with a focus on influencing distributor and end-user accounts to increase the use of company products.
- Achieve competitive advantage for our products and brands.
- Explore and identify new business with new or existing food service, retail, and processor customers leveraging the company's core product line, with a key focus on frozen clams.
- Build a solid understanding of key customer objectives and strategies along with actionable insights into each customer's key decision-making processes.
- Accurately forecast and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual volume and revenue streams.
- Effective and frequent communication and collaboration with Inside, Species, and Marketing teams to ensure sales efforts are aligned with company's short and long-term goals and needs.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Undergraduate degree, College diploma, or comparable work experience in a similar field.
・Language: English - Business Level
・Experience: More than 10 years of business experience in the sales and customer management field, ideally in the seafood and/or food distribution segment.
・Results-oriented and willing to explore new sales accounts while managing existing customer accounts.
・Comfortable presenting business status and managing Q&As (business plans revenue & volume/status report / gap-analysis / recommendations).
・Self-motivating and being able to work independently.
・The successful candidate will have a strong track record in food service sales in Asian cuisine and ideally possess contacts with key current or potential customers in Thailand or Vietnam.
・Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
・SAP experience is considered an asset.
・Sales knowledge and management experience in other South East Asia is considered an asset.
