Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
• Develop business plans and sales strategies to obtain annual sales and targets. Provide recovery actions plan if the Sales is not meeting the target.
• Manage sales and technical teams, coordinate and supervise sales team’s activities (include sales presentation, customer visits, negotiation of sales contracts, records of all pricings, sales, activities reports, marketing activities, training and seminars,...).
• Work and manage sales channels (distributors, partners, agencies) and the sales team to implement sales plans and business strategies.
• Attend regular meetings with distributors/ partners for review on sales target and market development, monthly sales forecast and 6 months rolling forecast
• Work closely with BU regional teams, and suppliers to support customers and expand the business in the whole of Vietnam. Manage and control inventory and delivery issues.
• Manage customer database and sales pipeline, project list for regular reports to Regional Sales Director/Management, and arrange work activities requested by the management boards (visits and training, seminars to customers/retailers, trade fairs, etc. for BU and Regional team).
• Work with the Corporate Department to ensure timely payments from customers.
• Propose business development activities and act within the approval limit stipulated in the company policy.
• Develop and lead the Sales team in sourcing, managing, and implementing new business opportunities.
• Other jobs shall be assigned from time to time by the GD
• Revenue: 6-10 mil USD/year
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Bachelor's Degree, major in Electrical Engineering or Automation
・Language: English - Business Level
・Experience:
- From 3 to 5 years of experience working in Sales Management for electrical equipment (Drive/ Inverters)
- Having Sales Team Management, Project Management experience
