Job Description

<Job Responsibilities>
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and annual basis. 
- Customer Orientation: Analyse and understand customers' diverse business needs and apply product knowledge to meet those needs. 
- Identify New Business: Identify and establish new business opportunities. 
- Negotiate Contracts: Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with clients. 
- Provide Technical Support: Offer pre- and post-sales technical support and advice. 
- Product Demonstrations: Create and deliver technical presentations to demonstrate how products meet client needs. 
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with other members of the sales team and technical experts. 
- Prepare Reports: Write reports and sales literature to support sales activities.

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Computer Science, or Business. 
- Language: English - Business Level (Chinese Speaking is a plus)
- Experience: More than 3 years of experience in the coating/ painting industry
- Proven Sales Skills: Over 3 years of demonstrated excellence in sales and negotiation, consistently achieving and exceeding targets. 
- Technical Knowledge: Possess comprehensive expertise in Chemical/Liquid/Powder Coating/Painting line systems, including detailed specifications, operational applications, and seamless integration with existing processes, ensuring customers achieve superior performance, enhanced efficiency, and significant cost savings. 
- Communication Skills: Ability to explain complex technical information in a simple and concise manner in English/Chinese. 
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to address client issues and provide solutions. 
- Relationship Building: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
