Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
- Introduce, promote, and sell products and services to existing customers and prospects for new customers.
- Prepare drawings, estimates, and bid documents to meet specific customer needs. Provide customers with product samples and catalogs.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business relationships and customer care to ensure future sales.
- Understand product specifications, advantages, and disadvantages, of similar and competitor products.
- Resolve customer problems and complaints to maximize customer satisfaction.
- Achieve previously agreed sales targets.
- Coordinate sales with team members and other departments.
- Analyze market potential.
- Provide management with reports on customer needs, difficulties, preferences, competitive activities, and potential of products and services
- Monitor contract implementation, support related departments in delivery and debt collection,
- Other business tasks assigned by superiors.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education Background: Bachelor's Degree
・Language: English - Business Level
・Experience:
- Having at least 2 years as a project sales staff
- Able to go business 1-2 days/month in other provinces
<Nice to have > :
- Having experience in selling or knowledge of residential lighting
- Having Japanese language skill
