Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
・Sales Duty:
- Follow up with existing customers, sometimes work with new customers (visiting clients, setting up meetings for negotiating, etc.), present proposals, negotiate including their budgets, and report status to clients
- Once the construction phase begins, conduct regular site inspections and regular visits after handover.
・Project management duty:
- Manage plans, costs, and project schedules, meet with clients and point of contact, do on-site assessments, and meet and adjust with internal project members such as designers, construction supervisors, and admins.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Bachelor's degree or higher
・Age: 25~40 years old
・Gender: Male only
・Language: English Conversational Level
・Experience: Having at least 3 years' experience in one of those requirements as below.
- Technical experience in the construction industry (no sales experience is acceptable)
- Design experience (no sales experience is acceptable)
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Languages：
- Japanese Business Level (N2 or above)
- English Business level
* If CDD can speak Japanese, English is acceptable with reading and writing.
