Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
- Contact and promote the company’s products to architects, developers, main contractors and consultants.
- Make a schedule (weekly, monthly, quarterly) for marketing Design doors, and new products to the clients.
- Assess customers' needs, and explain and demonstrate technical descriptions and purposes.
- Quote and negotiate prices and credit terms, prepare contracts and record orders.
- Develop and maintain strong business relationships with existing and new clients.
- Effectively plan sales and services activities in assigned territory to ensure that sales plans and targets are achieved.
- Resolve problems with products and services if any in a short time and efficiency.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Bachelor's degree
・Age: 24 - 38
・Gender: any
・Language: English at Intermediate level
・Experience:
- At least 1 year of working experience in Project Sales in any industry
- Have excellent computer skills ( MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint…)

- Must be able to work independently and as a part of a team.
- Able to work for a long-term
- Careful/flexible/sociable.
- Can work under high-pressure work conditions
