Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
1. For Sales :
- Fulfill the company's monthly and yearly targets and make strategic plans to achieve the target.
Handling assigned customer accounts (Export markets).
- Dealing directly with customers and offering products at competitive prices
- Negotiating prices to win orders and retain customers.
- Periodic sales report to track progress and boost further sales
- Forecasting Sales by analyzing historic sales data, sales progression, sales trends, and sales mix ratio.
- Active business relationships with new as well as existing customers based in the EU, USA, Japan, and Australia.
- Provided pre-sales and after-sales support to customers.
- Training new members of the sales team and monitoring their performance
- Cooperate & fulfil any related company activities like committees, projects, audits and training.
2. For Sales Support :
- Act as a single window point of contact for sales support activities
- Input data into the system (Contract follow up), send incoming orders.
- Plan and organize daily jobs to support assigned customers.
- Solve issues by coordinating with the front sales team and other departments.
- Order management into the system
- Co-ordinating with the SAP migration activities
- Co-ordination with planning to obtain formula against customer enquiries
- Arrange lot samples/ pre-shipment samples as per the customer requests
- Follow up requests on samples, documentation, customer payment & requests other business requests
- Follow up on production regarding the planned schedules
- Support Assistant Manager/Manager in the jobs assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > :
・Age: 25 - 30
・Gender : males for sales ; and female for sales support
・Education: University graduation
・Language: English at Business level
・Experience:
- Having at least 1 year as sales export for foreign customers at any industry
