Job Description

<Job Responsibilities>
- Take responsibility for all project aspects, reporting to the president of the company.
- Provide information to the appropriate Project Manager as required to support the preparation of White Papers and/or ACT requests for project funding.
- Coordinate the efforts of installation technicians and mechanics engaged in HVAC system installation and modification to ensure a cost-effective and timely completion.
- Design mechanical building services from initial concept through to detailed design.
- Services design heating, ventilation, cooling, pipework systems, and plant areas.
- Produce HVAC LTPRs for several buildings.
- Produce design documentation.
- Technical support to both the project team and clients.
- Support senior managers running the commercial and contractual side of projects.
- Attend and conduct client meetings to clearly understand job/owner requirements and expectations. Includes, project review meetings, construction meetings, and project closeout meetings

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Education for HVAC Engineer or master’s degree HVAC education.
・Language: English - Business Level
・Experience: Minimum 12 years’ experience as an HVAC Engineer or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of HVAC system design and operation, especially in industrial projects.
・Ability to design and plan HVAC Zoning and system design based on URS and architecture room layout
・Having a Profession Practicing Class I Certificate is compulsory
・List any licenses or certifications required by the position: CFC, HVAC, EPA, LEED, EIT, PMP, AP, USGBC.
・Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・GMP knowledge and familiarity with energy-efficient systems is a plus.
