<Job Responsibilities>
This position belongs to the Sales Organization.
1. Overview of the role:
- Responsible for building CxO’s (Chief experience officer) relationship with Global/Vietnamese Strategic Enterprise customers with a strong focus on the Manufacturing and BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sector.
- Working closely with customer LOB (Line of business) executives and accelerating digital transformation towards better business outcomes.
- Work across the region/globe to build a strong business case for the Vietnam market and push it through CxO’s (Chief experience officer) connection across the local market.
2. Expected Responsibilities
・Engage strategically with the industry (Manufacturing/BFSI) CxO’s (Chief experience officer) with the existing relationship and build pipeline
・Ability to translate customer business challenges into actionable digital solutions and propose to the customers a clear “value proposition” .
・Work closely across internal organizations starting from Pre Sales/Regional team/ Delivery teams and foster a collaborative “can do” atmosphere.
・Develop and maintain relationships with partners, influencers, and other stakeholders
・Monitor industry trends and stay up-to-date on new technologies and techniques
・Conduct market and customer research to identify opportunities and challenges
・Engage with IT technology partners and build compelling joint business cases.
・Attend industry events and conferences to build relationships and promote the company
・Organize and present in industry-focused seminars and customer CxO (Chief experience officer) round table events.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Bachelor's Degree in marketing or related field
・Gender: Any
・Age: About 35 - 50 years olds
・Language: English business level
・Experience:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in working with Manufacturing/BFSI customers as a sales
- Able to understand customer language and translate them into IT solutions.
- Industry knowledge/regulations and a good understanding of business processes (Manufacturing/BFSI )
- Experience in engaging with CxO is a must and building ROI based proposal
- Experience in creating (hunting) and closing strategic deals over $1M and building customer references.
- Draft proposals based on customer business challenges with clear ROI and present to customer key stakeholders and close deals successfully.
- Building pipeline, managing opportunities in SFDC and closing timeline/criteria to be updated for strategic deals.
