Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> • Plan and monitor Health, Safety, Environment and energy saving to ensure compliance with occupational safety standards at the factory. • Evaluate, monitor and establish preventive measures, assess risks to Safety, Health and Environment • Monitor and prepare periodic state reports according to Safety, Health and Environment regulations. • Evaluate and inspect the implementation of safety regulations and rules of employees according to the Company's requirements by closely monitoring and checking. • Organize risk assessment on occupational safety and health, environmental aspects, thereby proposing control and prevention measures. • Develop internal documents such as instructions, regulations, procedures... to monitor Safety, Health, Environment, and energy saving • Participate in building, maintaining and improving the ISO 14001, ISO 50001 system • Create and prepare training content on Safety, Health, Environment. • Organize regular training and presentations for employees on health, safety, accident prevention, and working environment issues • Investigate accidents or incidents to find the cause and handle compensation claims. Perform other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management.
Job Requirement
<Requirements> - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Environment or related fields - Language: English - Intermediate Level (IELTS 5.5 or equal) - Preference will be given to candidates with at least 1 year of working experience (fresh graduates will also be considered if suitable) - Knowledge of legal regulations on SHE - Good at self-management - Candidates living in Long Thanh or nearby areas are prioritized (commuting provided for those in HCMC)
