<Expectation> We are looking for C++ Engineers to join our team in an exciting and challenging role at a company with the top global share as a semiconductor manufacturer. <Job Responsibilities> ・Work with Japanese customers and teams to define and analyze requirements. ・Analyze software needs and create design proposals/specifications. ・Write clean, efficient code for programs and applications. ・Review code and documents for software design and user manuals. ・Review code and design documents from junior staff. ・Troubleshoot issues and implement solutions. ・Estimate and manage project tasks, schedules, bugs, and quality. ・Build a small team and have the opportunity to be promoted to Team Leader.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Gender: Any ・Age: 24 - 30 ・Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering ・Language Skills: English Conversational (Good writing and Reading) ・Experience: - At least 1 year experience in C/C++ Programming - Have experience of object-oriented programming(OOP) and Window Programming. ・Required Skills: - Good knowledge of the Software Development Process. - Capable of problem analysis, specification writing, design, coding, and unit tests. - Negotiation skills ・Personaltity: - Carefulness and creative thinking - Ability to work individually and in a team under high pressure - Good sense of teamwork, responsibility, and initiative - Great time-management skills - Teamwork <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Language: Japanese(PLUS): N3 or Equivalent ・Working experience at the Japanese company ・Good knowledge of Software Development Processes. ・Capable of problem analysis, specification writing, design, coding, and unit testing. ・Having Japanese skills is preferable <Recruiting Process> 1.
