Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
- Analyze requirements, and implement applications and user support programs to improve work.
- Analyze data applying tools.
- Grasp requirements, analyze, and discuss with suppliers, if any, to develop applications to support users.
- Data processing and data warehouse/data center configuration.
- Develop visual reports and data using Power BI or Tableau.
- Migration of developed BI systems to Operations & User Support team.
- Manage the team, solve problems within the team and manage related budgets.
- Perform other specialized tasks as requested by superiors.

Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience>
- Education: College / University majoring in IT.
- Language: English - Intermediate Level (Japanese speaking skill is a plus)
- Experience: 3 years in IT position in manufacturing companies with experience in implementing software, analyzing data, and preparing reports.
- Proficient in using reporting tools and automating operations such as BI tool, RPA, Power Automate, Python.
- Have teamwork skills, be careful and meticulous and have high responsibility at work.
- Good communication skill.
- Good calculation skills (to perform estimated work and optimize software implementation costs).
- Continuously update new industry knowledge.
