<Job Responsibilities> - Maintain, drive, supervise, and implement robust technical standards, systems, and processes - Influence technology strategies and decisions with a high level of expertise and knowledge - Provide direction and support to ensure compliance with relevant legislative specifications and standards - Lead a team of staff developing products, and addressing training needs when necessary - Coordinate to provide evaluations to improve, do Kaizen, and develop technical system - Act as a key contact with customers who have technical issues

<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Education: Bachelor's Degree - Language: English - Business Level - Experiences: ・Proven 3 years of working experience as a Technical Manager or 7 years a Senior Facility Engineer with strong technical knowledge (working in foreign manufacturers) ・Experienced working in the Plastics field. - Skills ・Able to lead a team with strong leadership ・High integrity and honest ・People-oriented and results-driven ・Can do it, openminded and learning-oriented attitudes. ・Be resourceful and hardworking ・Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills ・Good Computer skills
