Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
1. Support the external Sales team with technical knowledge of pumps and the various applications
2. Interpret and understand tender specifications, provide product quotations and product recommendations to achieve the specification requirements
3. Liaise with company factories globally for technical clarifications
4. Provide technical advice to customers and partners to assist with the preparation of their specifications
5. Manage standard customer inquiries independently
6. Provide all necessary information to the Order Management team to raise purchase orders to company factories and support the order management team’s completion of the customer orders
7. Maintain up-to-date product information and ensure that the external Sales team has current knowledge of the company’s products and solutions
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Age: 25 - 40
・Gender : Any
・Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, pumps or related industries
・Language: English at the Business level
・Experience:
- Having at least 2 years of working experience in the pump industry
- Having a technical understanding of pumps and basic engineering principles
<Skills>
- Strong ability to interpret customer’s basic understanding of pumps and to achieve a beneficial outcome.
- Ability to assess priorities in daily work to meet both customer and company requirements and ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to build a productive relationship with external Sales team and customers
- High level of communication and coordination skills
