Working time: Mon-Fri, 8:30 AM-5:30PM
Duties / Responsibilities
-1. Commercial leasing business
-→Planning and execution of the tenant leasing to commercial facilities
-2. Market research and urban planning business.
-→Of tenant leasing plan and execution
-3. Real estate and transportation market research, assistant of investigation work of urban planning (real estate development, transportation planning, etc.)
-4. Interpretation and translation business
REQUIREMENTS:
■Japanese Business level (From N2 level)
■English: Good Reading comprehension of English materials
■ Experienced in one of the following: Real estate companies, construction companies, design firms, construction consulting
