Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
- Inbound/Materials Management: Receive materials from suppliers, and verify quantity and quality.
- Outbound Management: Pick finished goods from inventory based on customer orders and prepare them for shipment.
- Inventory Management: Continuously monitor inventory levels based on inbound and outbound data, maintain appropriate inventory levels, and report to relevant departments.
- Staff Management: Manage the schedule and development of staff working in the warehouse department.
- Trade Operations: Support the management of import/export and customs clearance procedures.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Age: Around 30 years old (Negotiable)
・High school diploma or equivalent
・Gender: Any (Female preferred)
・Language: English - Conversational (reading comprehension / Email correspondence required, but conversation is not necessary)
・Experience: Minimum 3 years of warehouse/materials management experience
・Leader/ Management experience
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Japanese language proficiency
・Import/export experience
